Direction to the Event St Columb’s Hall
By rail
St Columb’s Hall is a short 15 minute walk from Duke Street railway station. When leaving the station, head southwest on Duke Street, turn right on to the A2 (on top of the Craigavon bridge), follow the road towards the roundabout. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Carlisle Road. Continue to the top of the Carlisle road until you see Ferryquay Gate, one of the four entrances into the city’s 400 year old walls. Before the gate there is a road to the right adjacent to Foyleside shopping Centre, this is Orchard street. Continue to the bottom of Orchard Street towards St Columb’s Hall. St Columb’s Hall is situated opposite to Badger’s Bar and Foyleside shopping centre.
By bus
Foyle Street bus station is located a two minute walk from St Columb’s Hall. Walk southeast on Foyle Street. Turn right onto Orchard Street. St Columb’s Hall is situated on your right.
By bicycle
There are bicycle racks at DVCB, Derry’s Tourist Office, located a 5 minute walk from St Columb’s Hall. From the DVCB building, turn right onto Foyle street. Continue past Debenhams lower entrance. At the end of the street turn left on to Orchard Street. St Columb’s Hall is located to your right.
By car
When driving , please navigate towards the Craigavon Bridge. When you reach the roundabout, take the third exit to John’s Street. Take the second exit and travel along the Foyle embankment. Keep left on the dual carriageway. Go left at the traffic lights onto Water street. Continue straight at the lights. St Columb’s Hall is located to your right.
When travelling from the Foyle Bridge, please take the first exit on to the Culmore road the A2. Continue on the A2 through three roundabouts. After the third roundabout, keep right. Go right on to Water Street. Continue straight at the lights. St Columb’s Hall is located to your right.
Parking
St Columb’s Hall is located beside Foyleside Shopping Centre which contains two multi-story car parks providing 1600 car parking spaces and can cater for up to eight coaches.

Please note that access for wheelchairs, prams or for those with limited mobility is via the Orchard Street Cinema entrance only. The building has a lift and accessible bathrooms are available on the 1st and 2nd floor. Please note the balcony floor and seating has stairs throughout and is therefore not accessible for anyone with limited mobility.
